I got to spend some time with my buddy Captain Steven Ford today out of Goose island. Only a couple of crazy seasoned captains would try to fish in the 30-40 mph winds today. We managed a few shots and a 27 inch red to go with the giant rollers and crazy surf like conditions running the west bar home yikes! I will post the video but it is not PG rated beware.



Video was from behind the bar next to the bank. Thanks to Steve and Chittum Skiffs for getting us home safely.
